The planet lived in peace until one day the Blessing of the Sun began to fade. If the Blessing goes out all life on the planet will perish! Princesses Rein and Fine are bestowed with the power of Prominence to help save their planet, but will the two most "un-princess-like princesses since the beginning of the Wonder Planet" be able to master such power and save their planet? (The official English summary by Chuang Yi Publishing)
Chapter 1 Edit
The chapter begins by telling the history of how the Blessing of the Sun weakened, but with Princess Grace's sacrifice it was restored.
A party at the Sunny Kingdom is about to begin so Fine and Rein go to the gardens to pick flowers, intending to use them to greet the other kingdom's princes and princesses. That's when they notice that the flowers are beginning to wilt.
They don't dwell on it for long as they procure a ladder and hurriedly climb to the roof of their home to greet the other royals as their airships arrive. Tossing the flowers up in the air the twins welcome them to the Sunny Kingdom.
As the twins celebrate their perfect welcoming they slip and fall from the roof. Rein gives a plea for someone to save them and Princess Grace does while informing them that she has chosen to bestow upon the the power of Prominence and asks them to save the Blessing as it is now weakening (stating that the wilting flowers are proof). They meet Poomo who explains to them how to use it, but as the conversation is long winded Fine eventually uses a spell to freeze him in place and the twins leave to attend the party. Arriving, they see that their ballroom has been completely frozen by Princess Mirlo. When the twins reprimand her for doing so she attempts to freeze them, but they're saved by Prince Bright. Ultimately the twins decide to transform and use the power of Prominence to unfreeze the ballroom. The spell turns all the ice into delicious shaved ice for everyone in attendance to enjoy! As the twins celebrate Bright admires their accomplishment while Eclipse observes them with a glare, which doesn't go unnoticed by Rein who calls him a "scary-looking guy".
Upset, Mirlo goes up to them complaining that they dared to take her "beautiful decorations" away. Eventually she challenges them to determine who is the best princess of the Wonder Planet, which Fine eagerly accepts. Rein hesitates before deciding to participate when Bright says he believes the twins can win. The first Princess party will determine the most beautiful princess with the theme being the "Best Dressed".
Before the end of the chapter the twins are given a secret message saying that the scales of the Sky Dragon can be used to make the cutest dress in the Wonder Planet. The two decide to go and see the Sky Dragon and get some scales, without knowing that the message was actually from Mirlo who intended for them to give up upon seeing what a fearsome dragon it is.
Chapter 2 Edit
Fine is reading from a book saying that the Sky Dragon has a "gentle nature" and with that the princesses believe they will have no trouble getting scales. However, the dragon attacks their airship. The twins are saved by none other than Prince Bright in his own airship.
Fine is still shaking in fear, holding tightly onto her sister before Bright goes to comfort her. He takes her hands and says she has nothing to fear as he will protect her. In the next instant the dragon attacks them again. Bright muses that he may have no other choice, but to mobilize his kingdom's army and have the Sky Dragon killed. Fine cries and says he can't claiming it must be lashing out due to suffering form something. Rein wants to try using the power of Prominence to help it, but Fine is immobilized by fear, unable to transform, as she clings onto her sister still sobbing.
Soon after Eclipse appears saying he came to watch the twin princesses perform their magic. But after seeing how terrified Fine is he says he's wasted his time. He says that even their strong power is useless in the hands of someone fragile and muses why such a power was bestowed upon two girls...
Rein snaps when he speaks badly of girls and curses at him, telling him to do everyone a favor by staying quiet. She then tells him to look closely as he's about to show him "what they're made of". Rein jumps off of the Jewelry Kingdom's airship shocking everyone who saw. Using sing her Solo Prominence, immobilizes the dragon and lands on it showing a peace sign to everyone on the airship before she begins looking for the cause of the dragon's suffering. Rein finds that it's entire body is covered in fungi and bacteria.
Poomo informs Fine that Rein's magic won't last long and that it will be dangerous once the dragon can move again. Worried, Fine shouts to Rein that her magic is about to wear off and attempts to jump off the ship only to be stopped by Bright. The dragon soon begins to move and Rein slips off of it and starts falling.
She is saved by Eclipse who safely brings her back to the airship before telling her that someone as weak as her shouldn't do something so dangerous. This annoys Rein, but it's short lived as she forgets about her anger when Fine runs into her arms saying she was very worried. Rein apologizes for worrying her before explaining her findings. As the twins ponder over how to help the dragon Eclipse informs them of the Waterdrop Kingdom's Comfort Spring, which is said to have healing properties.
When Fine confirms that she's no longer terrified the two decide to transform and have the Comfort Spring water bathe the dragon. The dragon returns to normal and the girls, once again, celebrate a job well done.
As Eclipse attempts to leave Fine stops him. She thanks him for saving Rein before asking for his name. He, reluctantly, tells her that his name is Eclipse then leaves.
Rein calls him a weirdo, but Fine says she believes him to be a good guy since he saved Rein, however, Rein still considers him to be a weirdo. Fine blushes as she says Eclipse's name while Bright wonders just who he is. Bright then thanks the twins for stopping the dragon. The Sky Dragon also returns and gives Rein a thank you kiss.
The twins see both Bright and the Sky Dragon off in their own airship. Poomo praises them for a good job, but Rein feels like they're missing something.
It dawns on them that they have forgotten all about the scales! Unfortunately the dragon is too far to give chase...
Chapter 3 Edit
Rein and Poomo mourn the loss of the dragon scales, but Fine cheers Rein up by reminding her sister that they'll get to make friends with the princesses of the other kingdoms at the Princess Party. Once every princess (with the exception of Mirlo) is introduced, Fine and Rein greet them with a giant confetti popper. This breaks the ice and the princesses begin to speak amicably with the twins.
Mirlo makes an entrance in a very flashy dress and becomes shocked upon seeing the twin princesses, assuming they had become injured (if not died) during their encounter with the Sky Dragon.
